The Lash Chat orchestrated the ultimate Masterclass of Skills event where we had selected a range of beneficial workshops from learning unique lash maps to business and mindset coaching. Here is a little insight of what we had installed!
We all know SHE LASH to be the Queens of the ultimate wispy lash style, therefore they demonstrated how to perfect a wispy set within just one hour! The feedback from their masterclass was sensational. Lash techs from all around the UK have applied this masterclass to their own businesses and now offer a one hour wispy set to their lash menu. She Lash really pulled it out of the bag and brought along Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei to be their model who also judged the best wispy set on the day.
The lash industry has evolved drastically in such little time, there are endless lash styles to choose from, therefore Ella and Megan who are the proud owners of ME LASH provided an in-depth masterclass on how to perfect the L curl giving an elegant fox eye look. Within the Lash Chat, we take highly into consideration who we reach out to, to provide the best masterclasses and knowledge which we feel will add value. ME Lash have mastered a niche market within the lash world with their very own eco friendly products, just like they say, “lashes shouldn’t cost the planet”. Their own product range was also up for grabs for everyone to purchase from their stall on the day.
The Lash Chat tried to cover as many areas that we consider important when running a successful lash business and most definitely capturing the best lash pics for your social portfolios are a must! Szilvia, the owner of Eyelashartlondon who is the winner of the best lash photographer 2021 awarded by London Lash Pro provided an amazing masterclass for this. The Lash Chat were personally impressed with how well detailed and engaging Szilvia’s masterclass was, and she topped it off with her beautiful product range which was also available to purchase on her very own stall.
As Lash technicians we all know just by having the ability to lash isn’t all you need to run a smooth and successful business. By having the correct business knowledge, having the confidence and clarity to uplift your business in every way possible, Alannis Barnes was the perfect masterclass host to cover this. Her enthusiasm and amazing personality shown through her workshop and the feedback given was incredible.
First Aid is so important! The Lash Chat really pushed this workshop as lash technicians, we also provide a duty of care to all our clients. Adrian from Amber Consultancy delivered a tailored masterclass for beauticians, providing the best knowledge on occurrences that may happen whilst doing our job roll. Every participant received their own certificate of recognition to be a qualified first aider.
The Lash Chat is a community where we aim to uplift and create ways where we can help and benefit every person in the lash industry in any way possible.
